The time is almost here: We at Shoes For Crews are looking forward to welcoming you to the A+A Trade Fair and Congress for Occupational Safety and Health 2023 in Düsseldorf. There is plenty of news: We are particularly proud to announce our new 4SG Four Seasons Grip and Ice Pro sole technologies, the new SFC Pro industrial brand and our collaboration with PUMA® Safety.

“A+A is the world's largest trade fair for occupational safety and health and offers visitors a wealth of opportunities”: From 24 - 27 October, under the motto “People matter”, you will have the opportunity to learn about the latest technologies and trends, discover innovative products and solutions, and make valuable contacts. To help you find us easily at the A+A Trade Fair, know what to expect at our stand, and find out which exciting news we have prepared for you, here is a brief overview:

• Where can you find us? You will find our 40m² stand in Hall 13, stand no. C66 - simply use the interactive map.
• What can you expect there? You will have the opportunity to view display models and, of course, try them on. We will also demonstrate the properties of our slip-resistant outsole so that you can get to know our products better. You can also access our digital Buyer’s Guide at any time via QR code. If you would like further information afterwards, you can of course arrange a detailed consultation with one of our experts or place an order directly.

• What news can you expect? Naturally, we do not want to reveal too much, but we would like to give you a small preview of the news we will announce at the A+A Trade Fair this year. At Shoes For Crews, we are not only constantly developing our technologies and expertise – our target groups are also continuously growing and expanding. With a focus on industrial applications and their particular challenges, we are therefore introducing the SFC Pro industrial brand.
  All footwear models in the Safety, M.A.P.S. (Military, Ambulance, Police, Security) and Wellington boot product categories will in future be available under the SFC Pro brand.
  A large proportion of these models are equipped with our new 4SG Four Seasons Grip outsole, which is specially designed for challenging surfaces and applications – in every season and all weather conditions. Another special feature is our ICE Pro outsole, which grips slush, wet and  frozen ice, enabling safe work even in extreme snow conditions.
  We are also particularly proud of our new collaboration with ISM, a globally leading manufacturer of safety footwear and exclusive PUMA® license partner, through which we have developed a completely new line of safety footwear under the motto “The Future of Athletic Safety”.

• Personal protection: From effective personal protective equipment to new technologies and functional, fashionable workwear, everything that supports the protection of your employees is represented.
• Workplace safety: Employee safety depends not only on personal protective equipment, but also on minimising risks in the working environment. Solutions ranging from fire protection & electrical safety to toxic protection will be demonstrated.
• Health at work: Work-life balance is a major topic today. Under the heading of sustainable prevention, the trade fair also offers inspiration and information in this area.

• Sustainability: We have already provided information in an earlier post about the importance of sustainable workwear and its role in corporate social responsibility. The topic is indispensable in the modern world of work and is therefore also a major focus at this year's A+A.

• Digitalisation: If you want to gain an understanding of the role digital tools can play in  process optimisation, procurement automation, production and delivery, you will find qualified contacts for this at A+A.
• Solutions for the future: In the trade fair's Robotics Park, young and innovative start-ups will present smart assistants and demonstrate how they can optimise your work processes while also making them safer.
• New worlds of work: When we hear this term, we immediately think of working from home as an example - some prefer it, while others want to avoid it at all costs. Regardless, modern technologies enable location-independent work, and occupational safety must keep pace with this development.
