According to INSEE figures, the presence of women in the labour market continues to increase. “In 2020, in France excluding Mayotte, the employment rate for women aged 15 to 64 stood at 67.6% [...] ; women accounted for 48.5% of the labour force as defined by the International Labour Organization (ILO).” But it does not stop there: the feminisation of certain professions is now a reality, as reported by the 2018 report from L’observatoire prospectif du commerce, which indicates that 56% of employees in the food-focused retail and wholesale sector are women, for example. This percentage even reaches 66% in supermarkets.

Bonnie: the vegan safety shoe

Slip-resistant, puncture-resistant and clog-resistant outsole, waterproofing, 200-joule-resistant composite toe cap… Bonnie combines all the features of a high-performance women's safety shoe. It also complies with EN ISO 20345:2022 (S3L). Elegant and featuring a waterproof microfibre upper, it is designed to protect the feet of kitchen teams, supermarket staff and logistics operators, while providing excellent comfort.

Condor: the multi-task trainer 

Compliant with EN ISO 20347:2012 (OB E SRC ESD), the Condor II trainer is a multi-task style that will suit many professions.
Featuring a wider heel and a soft leather upper with a protective splash-resistant membrane, it provides even greater stability. Its padded collar and tongue, removable cushioned insole, and ventilated fabric  with a leather structure make it very comfortable to wear. Vitality II: the ideal trainer for a lighter step  

Thanks to its foam construction, the Vitality II trainer is an ultra-light style (240 grams per shoe in size 42), ideal for professions that require standing all day, such as cashiers, entertainment staff and shelf stackers.

Available in black or white, the Old School has a timeless trainer design. It is made with a water-resistant leather upper and is easy to wash and clean.
