Il adoptera donc les mesures n\u00e9cessaires pour ce faire, notamment des <\/span><b>actions de pr\u00e9vention, d\u2019information et de formation <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ainsi que la mise en place d\u2019une organisation et de moyens adapt\u00e9s. Pour y parvenir, il lui revient d\u2019\u00e9valuer les risques professionnels auxquels sont expos\u00e9s ses salari\u00e9s et de les consigner dans le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ameli.fr\/entreprise\/sante-travail\/prevention\/piloter\/declarer-evaluer-duer\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" hreflang=\"fr\" >document unique d\u2019\u00e9valuation des risques professionnels (DUERP)<\/a>. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #FFC72C;\"><strong>Comment agir pour r\u00e9duire ou \u00e9viter les risques professionnels ?<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tout employeur doit agir selon les neufs principes g\u00e9n\u00e9raux suivants :\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tout risque doit \u00eatre \u00e9vit\u00e9 en supprimant le danger ou l\u2019exposition au danger.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les risques doivent \u00eatre \u00e9valu\u00e9s afin de prioriser les actions de pr\u00e9ventions \u00e0 effectuer.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les risques doivent \u00eatre combattus \u00e0 la source.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le travail doit \u00eatre adapt\u00e9 au salari\u00e9 (aussi bien la conception du poste de travail que les \u00e9quipements de travail et la m\u00e9thode de travail et de production) afin de r\u00e9duire ses effets sur la sant\u00e9.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019\u00e9tat d\u2019\u00e9volution de la technique doit \u00eatre pris en compte.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tout ce qui est dangereux doit \u00eatre remplac\u00e9 par quelque chose ne l\u2019\u00e9tant pas ou moins.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les mesures de pr\u00e9vention doivent \u00eatre planifi\u00e9es en int\u00e9grant technique, organisation et conditions de travail.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Des mesures de protection collective doivent \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re prioritaire. Si elles ne sont pas suffisantes, des mesures de protection individuelle seront \u00e9galement prises.
